[摘　要]　“民工荒”是人口红利问题在建筑业的突出表现；解决农民工问题的根本和建筑业未来发展的根本都在于实施战略性的农民工管理，其核心是一种面向发展的、实现农民工和建筑业共同发展的管理。

Abstract: The shortage of migrant workers is the significant performance of the demographic dividend problem in the construction industry, so solutions to the migrant workers problem and the future development of construction industry is the implementation of strategic management, and its core is a kind of management which can implement the development of the migrant workers and the  construction industry.
