[摘　要]　为了解决基础设施项目可持续性评价指标构建中存在的问题，提出基于风险管理的可持续性评价指标的构建方法。将风险管理的方法、技术和工具引入到可持续性评价指标的识别、分类和优化中，并详细介绍具体步骤，为基础设施项目可持续性评价指标的构建提供有效的方法。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of sustainability evaluation for infrastructure projects, this paper puts forward a method based on risk management. It integrates the methods, technologies and tools of risk management into the identification, classification and optimization of sustainability evaluation indicators, and the concrete steps of this method are introduced in detail, which will provide an effective method for infrastructure projects to construct the sustainability evaluation indicators.
