京津冀城市群工业地价空间分布规律研究

[摘 要] 运用GIS工具,结合地统计学空间差值分析方法,对京津冀城市群土地一级市场工业地价空间分布规律进行深入研究。研究结果表明:京津冀城市群内工业地价呈波浪状次第衰减趋势;分布极不均衡,且呈现不平稳衰减趋势,存在明显的地价“悬崖”与“价值洼地”,城市群腹地的工业用地价值未得到充分显化。[关键词] 京津冀城市群;工业地价;空间分布;GISAbstract: Analyzes spatial distribution rule of industrial land prices in Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei based on the data of land one class market with the methods of Geostatistics and tools of GIS. The results show that the industrial land prices appear an obviously wavy and rough trend towards attenuation with “cliffs” and “value-depressed-land”.
