[摘　要]　围绕国有大型建筑企业工程合同管理问题，分别从合同管理的组织体系、制度体系、项目经理责任制体系三个方面，就企业合同体系的建立健全以及具体合同管理、执行中应注意的问题、操作要点表见看法，与同业探讨。

Abstract:  According to the problems of the engineering contract management system in large state-owned construction enterprises, this paper puts forward some advices on the establishment and complement of the contract system in enterprises, the concrete contract management, the specific problems in execution and the operating points from organizational system, institutional system and project management responsible system respectively.
