[摘　要]　合同管理贯穿于项目的全过程。结合项目建设和合同管理流程，基于经营视角，对合同初审、合同签约、合同执行和合同收尾等各阶段的合同管理工作进行分析梳理，并提出对策，指导实践，以实现施工企业利润最大化。

Abstract:  Contract management works in the entire course of project construction. Combined with project construction and contract management process, this paper, in the perspective of operation, analyzes the contract management in the contract preliminary examination, contract signing, contract operation and contract closeout. And then proposes corresponding measures, in order to guide our work and achieve the maximum profit.
