[摘　要]　通过对项目合同管理体系的深入研究，并结合高校基建项目实际建设案例，阐释健全合同管理体系、规范合同签订程序，创建合同文档管理系统和信息监控系统等环节，强调合同管理体系对有效控制工程质量、缩短建设工期、降低建设成本、实现高校基建项目投资管理及建成使用预期目标的意义与作用。

Abstract: According to the research of project contract management system and combined with a case about college infrastructure project, this paper introduces the processes of improving contract management system, standardizing contract signing procedures and the establishment of contract file management system and contract information monitoring system, and emphasizes the significance and function of contract management system for controlling engineering quality and saving construction time, as well as cost reduction, thus achieving expected goals of investigation management, construction and usage about infrastructure projects in colleges.
