[摘　要]　项目执行期间的工期延误问题往往成为双方争议的焦点。约定工期延误损失评估指在合同订立阶段，由发包人提出并由承包人确认的因承包人违约导致工期延误对应损失赔偿金额的评估方法。意在通过合理约定及邀约条件设定，使之成为发包人规避工期延误风险事前控制的举措。

Abstract: During the execution of the project, schedule delay is always the focus of dispute between the two parties of the contract. Valuation of schedule delay damages described in this article is the method to evaluate the cost of damages claimed by the employer and confirmed by them, which due to delay damage caused by the employee's default during the tender period. This paper tries to conduct some prior control measures to help the employer to control the delay risk through reasonable calculation and setting of the tender condition.
