[摘　要]　从工程商务、合同法律的双重角度，依据工程索赔多年实践，对索赔证据的效力层级、证据固化、证据链等进行详尽的分析，有助于同业加深对索赔证据重要性的认识，以提高索赔证据的效力，促进索赔事件的解决。

Abstract: According to the years of practice, this paper analyzes the effectiveness level, fixation and chains of evidence of engineering claim from the perspective of engineering business and contract legal respectively, which will be conductive to the deepened understanding of evidence of engineering claims, improve the effectiveness of evidence and facilitate the solution of engineering claims.
