[摘　要]　对措施项目费用索赔的研究对象进行分类，将其分为以量计量的措施项目费用、独立性以项计量及综合性以项计量的措施项目费用。针对不同类型的措施项目费用索赔的影响因素进行分析，并得到每一类措施项目费用索赔值确定的计算方法，有利于工程实践中措施项目索赔费用争议的解决。

Abstract: Divides the research objectives of step item cost claim into three sectors, namely, step item cost with quantity measurement, with independence to measurement and with comprehensive measurement original. Then, analyzes the factors of step item cost claim for different ones and obtains the calculation method for everyone, which will be helpful to solve the alternation about step item cost claim during the engineering practice.
