[摘　要]　为了完善住宅建筑技术经济指标体系，使之能有效发挥在住宅项目投资策划与决策过程中的评判作用，规范住宅建筑市场，必须建立符合各地区实际的住宅建筑工程经济动态指标体系。对建设区域性住宅建筑工程经济指标动态标准化的内容、方案的可行性及其作用进行了阐述。

Abstract:  In order to complement the technical and economic indicators system of residential building, regulate the residential construction market, and play the role in the residential investment planning and decision-making process more effectively, this paper builds a dynamic economic indicators system according to the actual situation of the residential construction engineering in various regions. Then, describes the contents of the dynamic and standardization economic indicators system of regional residential construction engineering, the feasibility of the program and its role.
