[摘　要]　归纳分析目前建筑设计行业面临的诸多知识产权保护问题，针对建筑设计创意的知识产权兼具有形及无形的特点，对建筑设计创意的知识产权保护机制及保护途径进行探讨，并提出具有更大适用性的建筑设计创意知识产权保护途径的具体建议。

Abstract: Inductively analyzes the many intellectual property protection issues in the current construction creativity design industry, according to the characteristics, tangible and intangible, of the intellectual properties of architectural creativity, discusses its protection mechanism and protection approaches, and puts forward some more applicable and concrete proposals to protection approaches for the intellectual property rights of construction creativity.
