[摘　要]　运用波特五力模型，分析现阶段我国综合性工程咨询单位所处行业的竞争环境，找出5种竞争力的存在根源，分析它们对综合性工程咨询单位经营和发展的影响程度，为这类企业的经营管理和战略管理提供参考。

Abstract:  Using the Porter's Five-forces Model ,this paper analyzes the competition environment faced by comprehensive engineering consulting firms, find the root of 5 competitive forces, and evaluates the influence extent to their operation and organizational development. The conclusion of this paper can gives this kind of firms a reference to daily operation and strategic management.
