[摘　要]　为了提高建筑安全生产监管的效果，克服监督资源不足与建设项目众多之间的矛盾，以不增加现有安监资源为前提，在研究网格理论和网格化管理理论的基础上，提出网格化建筑施工安全监管模式，构建网格化建筑施工安全监管组织网格和监督任务网格，并对模式的协同机制进行研究。

Abstract: In order to improve the effectiveness of construction safety supervision and overcome contradictions between inadequate resources and numerous construction projects, on the premise of not increasing their existing supervision resources, the paper proposes a gridding construction safety supervision mode based on the research of grid theory and grid management theory. A grid of construction safety supervision organizations and a task supervision grid are built, and a research on the synergic mechanism of the mode is conducted.
