[摘　要]　基于重庆市建筑施工现场安全生产管理人员配备的现状，对照国内外建筑施工安全管理实践，重点从制度建设方面总结施工现场管理人员配备的尚存问题，进而从政府监督指导和企业基础管理两方面提出施工现场管理人员配备的对策建议。

Abstract:  Based on the status quo of the management personnel allocation of construction safety production in Chongqing, and comparing to the practice of that in China and overseas, this paper summarizes the unresolved problems of that from the perspective of institution construction emphatically, and then proposes the countermeasures and suggestions of that from government supervision and enterprise basis management respectively.
