[摘　要]　新增工程是在原合同范围基础上进行的变更，如何合理对新增部分进行价格确定往往是合同双方关注的焦点。本文对新增工程如何界定进行分析，并通过案例对发、承包方如何合理确定新增工程价款的问题进行探讨，为同业实际工程提供启示和建议。

Abstract:  New project is the additional part to the original contract, and how to reasonably confirm the price is often the focus for the outsourcers and contractors to the contract. This paper analyzes how to define the new project, and makes an inquiry based on a case study, to the price confirmation for new project, which hopes to provide references and advice to the practical project.
