关键链法缓冲区设置及其监控方法研究

[摘 要] 阐述关键链缓冲区设置在进度管理中的的目的和意义;以国内外关键链缓冲区设置及监控研究成果为基础,提出基于不确定性影响因子的缓冲计算方法;将风险矩阵的理论应用于关键链的监控管理中,综合考虑缓冲区使用情况和完工情况,建立进度控制等级矩阵法,以期为关键链在进度管理中的应用提供借鉴。[关键词] 关键链法;缓冲区设置;影响因子;监控;进度控制等级矩阵Abstract: Elaborates the significance of buffering set and proposes a new computational method about that on the basis of foreign research results.
