[摘　要]　根据美国《工程新闻记录》（ENR）期刊关于国际市场最大225家承包商的统计情况，分析了国际工程承包市场2006~2011年的变化趋势，并着重分析了2006~2011年入围ENR225强的中国国际工程承包商在国际工程承包市场的状态及发展情况。

Abstract:     According to the statistic data of the top 225 international contractors in ENR Weekly, this paper introduces the international contracting market’s change trends from 2006 to 2011, and emphatically analyzes the development and status quo of Chinese contractors in international construction market.
