[摘　要]　研究新加坡建筑设计审查制度的主体、内容和程序等，重点分析认可审核工程师审查制和资质人员设计负责制的特点和影响，并参照新加坡的设计审查制度，对我国的建筑设计审查制度提出相关改革意见，以期为行政审批制度的改革提供参考。

Abstract:  Analyzes the subjects, contents and process of Singapore’s building design examination system, and highlights the influence and features of Accredited Checker’s Review and Qualified Person’s Submission in it. In the end, this paper, collating to the Singapore’s building design examination system, puts forward some relevant reform suggestions on China’s building design examination system to provide references to the administrative approval system reform.
