[摘　要]　以回顾我国建筑业推广鲁布革工程管理经验，推进施工管理体制改革为切入点，简叙建筑业产业结构的形成过程，在分析其现状的基础上，提出优化建筑业产业结构的构想。从加强行业的政策指导，企业适应市场加快转型，技能人才培养培训，加强诚信建设、完善行政监管等方面提出措施建议。

Abstract: From the promotion of the construction management system and the process of China’s construction industry implementing the Lubuge project management experience, this paper makes a conspectus to the construction industry structure formation process. Based on status quo analysis, this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the industrial structure of construction industry. Some advices and countermeasures are proposed including strengthening the industrial policy guidance and complementing the administrative supervision for governments, adopting the market demand to speed up transformation, providing skills, personal cultivating and job training, and strengthening the credit building for enterprise.
