[摘　要]　研究建筑经济学的学科属性及与相关经济学学科的关系，构思了由建筑经济活动与市场规制、建筑业的产业结构与生产力组织、建筑产品的价值增值与过程管理、建筑产品价格的形成与价格机制、建筑业生产要素的运动规律、建筑业经济增长中的要素积累、创新与建筑业的经济增长途径、建筑业的经济波动与产业行为策略以及建筑业的经济活动分析与产业政策等内容组成的建筑经济学的理论体系，为建筑业和建筑经济学学科的发展提供有用的信息。

Abstract: Analyzes the subject attribution of construction economics as well as the relationship between construction economics and relevant economic disciplines, and establishes the theoretical system of construction economics, which is composed of construction economic activities and market regulation, industrial structure  and labor productive organization, value increment and process management of construction product, the price formation and price mechanism of construction product, operational rule of construction industrial productive factors, factor accumulation and innovation during construction industrial economic increase, as well as the innovation paths of economic increase, economic fluctuation and industrial behavioral strategy of construction industry, and the analysis of economic activities and industrial policies of construction industry. It provides useful information for the development of construction industry and construction economics disciplines.
