[摘　要]结合滦平县偏桥村村庄规划，针对北方山村规划发展模式，从如何为村民提供一个宜居宜业的生活环境入手，在村域产业发展、居民点迁并、山村总体布局、基础设施与公共服务设施建设等方面探索，并给出启示。

Abstract: Based on the village planning practice in Pianqiao village in Luanping country, aiming to provide a livable living environment for the villagers, this paper discusses industrial development in village realm, residential relocation, the overall layout of the mountain village, and infrastructure and public service facilities construction and so on. Concludes several proposals to the village planning mode in northern mountain village.
