[摘　要] 基于我国可再生能源建筑应用项目示范政策，归纳总结政策体系设计，包括示范项目的申报评审体系设计、项目实施过程中的监督管理体系设计、项目的能效测评体系设计以及验收评估体系设计等，为后续政策的制订提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the policies of application demonstration projects of renewable energy construction, this paper summarizes the policy design systems, which consist of the policy design system of reporting assessment of demonstration projects, of supervision and management in the implementation, of efficiency evaluation of the projects and of acceptance assessment, in order to provide the reference for the following policies’ formulation.
