摘要：以中建公司刚果（布）国家一号公路EPC项目为研究对象，通过对风险因素重要性以及项目风险因素发生概率的评分，得到项目中各风险因素的影响程度，提出风险应对措施，以期为类似国际EPC项目风险管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: Concerns chiefly on the Congo (Brazzaville) State Highway I EPC Project undertook by CSCEC. By scoring of the importance and possibility of risk factors, this paper concludes the influence and countermeasures for every risk factor in order to provide a reference to risk management in the similar international EPC project.
