[摘要]在机电安装工程项目实施过程中，占可变成本50%以上的设备和材料的成本控制是项目效益的关键因素。论述机电安装工程项目中设备材料成本控制的关键节点、基本方法，以期为同业提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: In the process of the project management of electromechanical installation, the cost controlling of equipment and material, taking at least 50% of the total variable costs, is the key factor to the project’s profit. This paper elaborates the key nodes and basic methods of cost controlling in this project in order to provide reference to the peers.
