［摘要］针对在沪施工企业外来从业人员参加城镇职工基本社会保险后，在建工程社会保障费计价中的难点问题，探索性地提出对比法、参考法、据实法三种计价方法。

Abstract: Exploringly puts forward three valuation methods: contrast method, conference method and factual law method, to analyze the difficult issues of valuation methods to migrant construction practitioners’ social security, who have participated basic social insurance for urban workers.
