[摘　要]　通过对公路工程投资估算新标准的分析和研究，找出新旧标准的差异，提出在新标准下编制公路工程基本建设项目投资估算的资料收集和工程量统计标准，并结合实际案例，就当前应用新标准遇到的问题提出应对措施，为同业编制合理的公路工程投资估算提供借鉴。

Abstract:  According to the analysis and research on the new standard of highway engineering investment estimation, this paper identifies the differences between the old and the new standards, proposes the standards of the data collection and project amount statistics under the new standard, and elaborates, with a practical case, the problems and countermeasures in the process of the application of the new one. This paper would provide references for its peers when they make reasonable investment estimation for highway engineering.
