[摘　要]　探讨清单规范实施过程中遇到的项目设置、项目特征和工程内容三个方面的问题，分析其造成的交易双方纠纷和损失，结合工作中解决类似问题的经验，提出改进建议，为目前交易双方避免和解决结算纠纷提供方法，为08版清单计价规范的修订和完善提供参考。

Abstract:  Analysis on the problems in the process of implementing the BOQ pricing norms in the perspective of project settings, project description and project content, this paper analyzes the disputes and losses caused by the parties, according to the experience in the similar projects. Then proposes promoting advices to avoid and solve the settlement disputes. It will provide reference for revising and improving the 08 BOQ pricing norms.
