[摘　要]　针对《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2008）中提出的暂估价概念及其在工程招投标运用中存在的问题，结合工程实践和相关规范标准对其进行梳理和探讨，并提出相应建议。

Abstract:  For the concept of provisional estimate, explained in Construction Projects BOQ Pricing Norms(GB50500-2008), and the problems in its implementation, this paper sorts out and discusses the problems in the engineering practices, and proposes relevant proposals.
