[摘　要]　随着我国可持续发展战略目标的提出，建筑企业正面临着调整转型、持续发展的重要课题。采用SWOT分析法，对我国建筑企业优势和普遍存在的不足,以及在向可持续发展转变过程中面对的机遇和威胁等因素进行系统分析，提出相应对策，以期为建筑企业实现平稳、健康的可持续发展提供有益思路和启示。

Abstract: After the strategic goal of sustainable development is proposed, construction enterprises are facing the issue of transformation and sustainable development. Through SWOT analysis, systematically analyzes the advantages and ubiquitous shortage of China’s construction enterprises, and the forthcoming opportunities and challenges in the transitional process to sustainable development. Then, proposes the countermeasures in order to provide beneficial ideas and inspiration for construction enterprises to realize their smooth and healthy transformation to sustainable development.
