[摘　要]　结合建设项目实际情况,在对建设项目总投资的组成等概念进行阐述的基础上，就建设项目经济评价过程中遇到的一些问题进行探讨，力求通过对《方法与参数》应用和计算的把握，实现经济评价的合理性及准确性。

Abstract:  Based on the interpretation of the constitutions of total investment of construction projects and their actual operational constitution, this paper makes an inquiry to some issues that always encountered in the process of economic evaluation about construction project, and proposes that through the application and calculation of Method and Parameter we could realize the rationality and accuracy of economic evaluation.
