［摘 要］ 完善课程设置是提升大学生可雇用性的有效途径。在深刻理解大学生可雇用性的基础上，从大学生的个人综合素质、满足雇主需求、教育模式和教学体系等方面综合探讨土木工程课程设置。

Abstract:It is a effective access to increase the university students’ employment by improving the curriculum arrangement. Based on the analysis of the employment of graduating college students, proposes the potential accesses to improve the civil engineering curriculum arrangement, such as improving a person’s comprehensive capacities, meeting employee’s demand, education mode and education system.
