[摘 要] 完善课程设置是提升大学生可雇用性的有效途径。在深刻理解大学生可雇用性的基础上,从大学生的个人综合素质、满足雇主需求、教育模式和教学体系等方面综合探讨土木工程课程设置。[关键词] 大学生, 可雇佣性, 课程设置Abstract:It is a effective access to increase the university students’ employment by improving the curriculum arrangement.
