［摘 要］ 提高土地利用综合效益是促进区域可持续发展的关键，从土地经济效益、土地投入强度、土地可持续利用效益三大方面出发构建指标体系，利用主成分分析法对北京各区县土地集约利用进行评价，并分析其空间分布的差异性。结果表明：北京市各区县间土地集约利用效益差异度大； 城市土地集约利用程度与经济发展水平呈高度正相关； 土地集约利用基本呈现“中心高外围低”趋势。

Abstract:To improve comprehensive land utilization efficiency is a key factor to promote regional sustainable development. This paper establishes an index system based on the economic efficiency，the investment intensity and the sustainability of land utilization to evaluate and analyze the urban intensive efficiency of land use and spatial difference with the adoption of principal component analysis method. Based on these facts, three conclusions are drawn. First, the score of land intensive use has great changes in each district; second, urban land intensive use is highly positive correlation with the economic development; third, land intensive use basically has the“center highperipheral low”trend.
