［摘 要］ 提出外包模式的施工企业信息化风险管理框架，采用文献分析、专家访谈及问卷调查等方法识别了外包模式的信息化风险因素，构建了灰色模糊综合评价模型，并根据评价结果提出相应的对策。

Abstract:Proposes the risk management framework of construction enterprise information based on outsourcing model, identifies informational risk factors by literature analysis, experts investigation and questionnaire survey, and constructs grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system, puts forward some countermeasures based on the evaluation results.
