［摘 要］ 根据江苏省的抽样调查数据，借鉴《中国劳动统计年鉴》的相关数据，阐明建筑劳务用工老龄化问题并分析形成原因； 从劳动生产率和工程质量安全角度阐述建筑劳务用工老龄化对建筑产业的影响并提出解决方法：推进建筑工人产业化进程，提高建筑生产工业化水平。

Abstract:Based on the spot check data from Jiangsu province and relevant data from China Labor Statistical Year Book, illuminates the status quo of aging construction workers and analyzes its causes. From the labor productiveness, engineering quality and safety, expounds the influence of aging construction workers on construction industry, and puts forward the corresponding solutions—promoting the industrialization process of construction workers and improving construction industrialization level.
