［摘  要］ 节能示范区是低碳经济发展过程中的阶段性产物，而节能示范区的低碳节能的公共设施管理已经成为迫切需要解决的重要问题。通过节能示范区公共设施建设管理和使用中存在的问题分析，探讨解决方法与途径。

Abstract: energysaving demonstration area is the stage product in the process of lowcarbon economy, and the construction and management of public lowcarbon facilities are the exigent problems. This paper analyzes these problems in the process of management and use public lowcarbon facilities, and discusses the solution and the way.
