既有建筑节能改造综合评价模型研究

[摘 要]既有建筑的节能改造是促进建筑业可持续发展的重大举措,且势在必行,然而到目前为止,我国尚未有一个完善的建筑节能改造的评价体系。本文采用AHP-模糊综合评价的方法,建立既有建筑节能改造项目进行综合评价模型,并应用于威海古北一巷建筑节能改造中,为其节能改造的顺利的进行提供了有效保障。[关键词]既有建筑, 节能改造, 综合评价, AHP法, 模糊综合评价法Abstract: energy efficiency in exciting building is the major measures to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.And the renovation is imperative. But so far, China has not yet had a perfect evaluation system of energy efficiency renovations.
