［摘  要］既有建筑的节能改造是促进建筑业可持续发展的重大举措，且势在必行，然而到目前为止，我国尚未有一个完善的建筑节能改造的评价体系。本文采用AHP-模糊综合评价的方法，建立既有建筑节能改造项目进行综合评价模型，并应用于威海古北一巷建筑节能改造中，为其节能改造的顺利的进行提供了有效保障。

Abstract: energy efficiency in exciting building is the major measures to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.And the renovation is imperative. But so far, China has not yet had a perfect evaluation system of energy efficiency renovations. The paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model with AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and applies it to the building energy saving modification works in tunnel 1 of Gubei inWeihai, and ensures its safety during construction.
