［摘  要］ 针对目前保障房建筑节能存在的问题，从建设过程角度分析我国保障房建筑节能差异化特征，提出监控路径选择思路，构建基于信息联动的保障房建筑节能差异化监控体系。并围绕“质量、费用、信息”三个维度，以设计与施工阶段为例，明确给出差异化监控的重点和流程，以达到最大限度的防止建筑节能脱节现象发生的目的。

Abstract: Aims at indemnificatory energysaving problems of housing building, the paper analyzes the differentiated characteristics of energysavings every steps for China indemnificatory housing, and gives the monitoring path choice method, sets up the differentiated monitoring system basis of information coordination. Then, takes the example of the design and construction stage, puts forward focus and processes of differentiated monitoring system from three dimensions: quality,cost and information, in order to achieving the maximum to prevent the building energysaving disjointed phenomenon of objective.
