［摘 要］ 建筑节能服务公司作为推动建筑节能事业发展的一种新组织，正在我国逐渐产生。通过比较研究我国与发达国家建筑节能服务公司的生存环境与发展现状，发现在法律与政策环境、市场开发、融资渠道、服务模式、专业技术发展和人才培养等方面存在明显的差距。借鉴发达国家的经验并结合我国实际，提出促进我国建筑节能服务公司发展的建议。

Abstract: As a new form of organization to promote the development of building energy efficiency, Building Energy Service Corporations (BESCo) are emerging and developing in China. By comparative research the environment and existing circumstances of the BESCo in China and developed countries, the results shows that there are some gaps between home and abroad from legal and policy environment, market development, financing channels, the mode of service, professional and technical development etc. By using the experience of the developed countries for reference and combine with the actual situations in China, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the BESCo in China.
