［摘  要］ 利用2006年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查城市数据，通过住房对老年人迁移愿望的研究发现：中国城市老年人，尽管住房面积小、室内设施较差，但大部分不愿意迁移，居住在子女住房，街道年数越长的老人尤甚。面对部分愿意迁移的老年人，应建造专门的住房类型并精心评估其住房选择。

Abstract: Abstract: According to the survey data of China urban elderly in 2006, analyzes the emigrant expectation, draws a conclusion that the urban elderly housing area is not large and indoor facilities are very poor. However, most of them are not willing to migrate, especially those who live with their children, or live on a street for a long time.
