［摘  要］  采用对比分析的研究方法，就工程设计责任问题将DBB传统承包模式与总承包模式进行对比，并结合标准合同范本，从设计合同关系、设计责任的层次要求，以及不同设计合同界面及设计施工合同界面的设计责任分担等方面进行研究。

Abstract: Based on the comparative analysis method, this paper studies difference design responsibility between the design of traditional DBB model and general contract model. And combined with standard contract, discusses several important problems about design responsibility, including the design contract relationship, the level of the design responsibility, the design responsibility of the interface between different design contracts, design and construction contract.
