［摘  要］  在国内外学者对DB模式分类研究基础上，根据业主承担的设计阶段和任务范围，从操作层面将DB模式分为PP,PD,ID,TD四种类型，并对其从承包商的能力和自由空间、业主的能力和控制程度以及双方承担的设计风险三方面做对比，且从业主、承包商、工程特点三方面阐述各类型的适用范围，为业主决策提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the studies of DB modes classification by domestic and foreign scholars, divides DB mode into PP, PD, ID and TD according to the design stage and tasks of owner. Then, the paper compares the characteristics of these four types from contractors ability and free space, owners ability and control degree, and design risk assumed by both sides. Finally, analyzes the application scopes of them from the view of owner, contractors and engineering characteristics, so as to provide references for the owners decision.
