［摘 要］ 通过对西方发达国家房地产业发展一般规律的总结和梳理，明确房地产战略转型应遵循的发展轨迹；在深入分析我国房地产战略转型动力源于结构性调整的基础上，提出房地产业结构性战略转型的原则和方向。

Abstract: Through analyzing the real estate market situation, gets the development trajectory that the strategy transition of real estate industry needs to follow. In this paper，according to studying on the dynamics mechanism of real estate transition from the structural adjustment，puts forward the principles and direction of the real estate strategy transition.
