［摘 要］ 高校建筑节能已成为高校节能工作的重点，建设节约型校园也成为我国高校发展的重要工作。以浙江工业大学屏峰校区1-A地块项目建设为例，通过能效分析评价的视角来探讨和研究高校建筑的节能措施。

Abstract: The building energy efficiency has become the key to the energy saving work in universities. Constructing economical campus has also become an important work to universities development in China. Taking 1A land parcel project in Pingfeng Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology for example, this paper explores the building energysaving measures in universities in the perspective of evaluation of energy efficiency.
