［摘 要］ 根据敏捷竞争理念和模块化理论，结合建筑企业的具体特征，描述了敏捷建筑企业模块化实现的基本对象，建设过程、组织和建筑企业的模块化，在Rick Dove提出的敏捷企业可重用性、可重构性、可扩充性的系统设计准则基础上，提出敏捷建筑企业组织、建设过程以及建筑企业三个系统的模块化实现准则，并以建设过程模块为核心，分析建筑企业模块化对象三者之间的关系。

Abstract: Based on the agile competition concept and module theory, and according to the specific characteristics of construction enterprises, describes three basic object systems for agile modular implementation, such as construction process, organization and construction enterprise, then puts forward agile engineering design criteria for the three systems based on agile enterprise reusable, reconfigurable, scalable systems design principles proposed by Rick Dove. Lastly, centering on construction process modular, analyzes the relationships among the three systems.
