［摘 要］ 从价值工程的起源出发，介绍价值工程的基本内容,以上海机场工程建设项目为例，对价值工程在设备选型、设备材料采购、施工招标及施工方案优化等方面的成功实践进行阐述，进而论证在工程建设项目交易与实施阶段合理运用价值工程，不仅能有效降低工程总投资，而且能取得较高的综合效益。

Abstract: Starting from the origin of value engineering, this paper introduces its contents, takes engineering construction projects of the Shanghai Airport for example, and discusses the application of value engineering analysis in equipment selection, equipment and materials procurement, construction bidding and construction program optimization. Furthermore, explains the rational use of value engineering not only could effectively reduce the total project investment, but achieve a higher effectiveness in the transaction and implementation stages of engineering construction projects.
