［摘 要］ 在Rick Dove提出的敏捷企业应变能力成熟度参考模型基础上，结合建筑企业敏捷性基于项目的动态联盟组织形式，以及建筑企业面向建设项目的企业业务实践，对参考模型加以修改，提出建筑企业敏捷应变能力成熟度模型,并以TC建工为案例进行了建筑企业敏捷应变能力成熟度实证评价研究。

Abstract: Based on the Rick Doves agile enterprise change, combined with the agility of construction enterprise and the dynamic alliance organization form of project, as well as practice of construction projects business, this paper creates the agile change proficiency maturity model for construction enterprise(ACPMMCE), and carries out evaluation for a case of TC Construction Corporation by the ACPMMCE.
