［摘 要］ 分析我国建筑业发展现状及国内外关于BIM的研究情况，阐述BIM/BLM发展历程及技术理念。并以某房地产项目为例，详细论述了决策、设计、招标投标、施工建造、竣工移交等阶段的工程造价确定与控制中BIM应用价值。最后，基于BIM平台全过程造价管理的应用研究，指出BIM在我国推广应用中存在的问题和解决方案。

Abstract: Analyzes the development status of Chinese construction industry and present research situation of BIM at home and abroad, and explains the development course and technical connotation of BIM/BLM. Finally, taking a real estate project as an example, describes the application value of BIM in project cost determination and control during the process of deciding, designing, tendering and bidding, constructing, and the completed of the transfer phase, etc in detail. Based on the application research on whole process cost management of BIM platform, points out the existing problems and solutions to the application of BIM in our country.
