［摘 要］ 探讨房地产开发企业设计冲突的影响，分析有效冲突管理的意义，总结设计冲突管理的产生原因。提出以“引导”为核心策略进行具体的冲突管理;以规范化、流程化、信息化、知识化的方式减少冲突的负面影响；激发冲突的正面效应等管理策略。

Abstract: This article discusses the influence of design conflicts and analyzes the importance of conflict management of real estate development enterprises. In addition, illustrates how conflicts appear. Finally proposes "guide" as the key strategy to do conflict management ,in order to decline passive impact by a standard, procedure, informational and sciential method.The purpose of conflict management is to stimulate positive effects of conflicts and get satisfaction to all parties.
