［摘 要］ 基于精益建造与绿色施工在建筑业的发展与现状，对比分析了绿色施工和精益建造的管理目标及管理方法和精益建造的管理方法。可以看出，从精益建造到绿色施工，从提高项目的经济效益到关注项目的社会和环境问题，从单纯追求建设项目利润最大化向追求项目长远效益和对社会的贡献、对环境的影响的转变，表明建筑业面临着管理理念的更新和飞跃。

Abstract: The implementation of green construction will change the traditional project management model. First, based on the development and current situation of Lean Construction and green construction in the industry, does comparative analysis of management goals for green construction and Lean Construction. Then, on the basis of the above, analyzes the management method of green construction and Lean Construction. This shows that from Lean Construction to green construction, from improving economic benefits of project to concerning about social and environmental issues, construction project makes the change from pursuing the maximize profit to pursuing longterm benefits and concerning contribution to the society and the environment. These changes show that construction industry is facing to the update and leap of management concept .
