［摘 要］ 建筑企业分包商选择是施工任务顺利完成很关键的一步，分包商选择不当会给施工带来各种风险。以中建国际建设有限公司某项目的实际分包过程为实证对象，提出了总承包模式下的建筑工程分包流程，确定了建筑企业施工分包商评价指标体系，并且依据联合模糊集和联合隶属度的概念，应用模糊集贴近度，进行了建筑企业施工分包商评价模式的建立和识别，最后，通过两阶段评价法进行了理想分包商的确定。

Abstract: The selection of subcontractor is a key step to perform construction tasks successfully for construction enterprises. The illsuited selection will bring all kinds of risks. So taking an actual project of China State Construction International Co. Ltd as demonstration subject, this paper puts forward the subcontracting process of construction project under general contracting model, and determines the evaluation index system of subcontractor. According to the concepts of Joint fuzzy set and Joint membership, and by means of fuzzy nearness, the evaluation mode of subcontractor is established and distinguished. At last, we determine the desired subcontractor by using the twosteps evaluation method.
